It is also possible that the memory wire has either become disconnected from the constant power source or that the in line fuse is blown (i know it ain't supposed to have one but I've seen a few anyway). Simple test-besure you have the reprogram code if your radio needs one-make a connector using a male lighter connector and a 9 volt battery connector, put a 9 volt, new one please not a smoke detector donor, and set the radio stations. Pug the adapter into the lighter and quickly disconnect the battery positive. Let it sit ofr 15-20 min, then reconnect the battery positive and yank the adapter out of lighter and see if the memory held. If it did then it ids the memory power supply wire-if not then your radio is being held hostage by WEB TV! Take it out-apply a .45 to the face of the unit, pull trigger twice, toss it over your shoulder and go buy a Kenwood!
