Alex,
Here are your answers,
1. PCV valve - Volvo's don't have these, A PCV system, sure, but no valve.
2. O2 sensor - On the exhaust side of the engine screwed into the exhaust system. Look for a small cylinder (about 3/4" by about 2" long) with a wire(s) coming out of the end. On your car this will be much more visable from under the car.
3. Flame trap - listen close here TURBOS DO NOT USE FLAME TRAPS! INSTALLATION OF A FLAME TRAP IN A TURBO ENGINE WILL LEAD TO MORE OIL LEAKS THAN YOU HAVE EVER SEEN. any questions?
4. RPM pickup - your car uses a hall effect switch inside the distributor, this supplies the ignition system which in turn sends a signal to the tach.
5. radio supression relay - you don't have one of these either. they came out in '88 as I recall.
6. A/C sight glass - this system uses an accumlator instead of a reciever drier. (on the low pressure side instead of the high pressure side) so no sight glass.
