Time to replace? 200 1983

I've noticed recently that the voltage gauge shows that under a fair amount of electral load (Lights/ac/turn signals) etc that the alternator is not generating enough power. Or I'd assume that anyways as the needle pushes well into the 'orange' zone of the gauge. Oddly enough the battery light does not light up as I would expect to see.

Anyone think that maybe it is time to replace the ol' alternator or mayhaps the gauge is just faulty?

And one more quick problem. Actually just need the replacement part number for a turn signal relay. Mine are quite worn and no longer function when the interior tempature is above 80f.

Thanks in advance, Jeffery
