Intermittent horn 200 91

Hello.

The horn in my 91 245 does not want to work all the time. sometimes I will go to use the horn and it won't work, I'll try again later in the drive and it will work. I can hold the horn down for a whole minute while driving and it won't come on, and sometimes I'll let go and push the horn down again and it will work. any ideas? Is there a horn relay I should check? and if so where is it?
