Paul, the Cat is clear and there is only a minor oil film from the turbo.

I had my boost sol. valve bypassed for awhile also but returned it back to stock about a year ago.

How do I set my wastegate up from scratch?? I will test the actuator at the hose that goes directly to it.

I'm also concerned about the actuator rod snapping back about 1/4-5/16" when disconnected from the wastegate lever. Shouldn't it just snap back about 1/16"??
