firewall grommet... ALL 1987

Any tricks to getting wiring through the firewall? The grommet in my 244 is pretty damn tight. I'm thinking I'll pass some wire ( coat hanger or something thinner ) through and then pull the electrical wires through with that. It's kind of cramper under there though, maybe I'll save it for when I need to open up the dash and replace the blower motor.
