245 Door Seal Replacement (Driver's SIde Fr) 200 89

Does anyone have procedures to relace the door seals (both in and out). I am getting a lot of wind noise from a defective seal. ALso, when putting my window down with the PW switch, the seal deforms and folds in, causing strain on the window motor. How difficult is this job?
