Bushing squeak 900 1995

When we go over a road hump/bump both the front and rear suspension squeak. I had it checked out and the mechanic said the shocks and struts are fine, and he added a little WD-40 to the bushings. That eliminated the squeak for about a day. I was told Volvo uses polyurethane bushings which I know tend to make more noise than rubber. Anyone else have this problem, and if so what did you do to eliminate the situation? Could I get at the bushings with marine grease?
