air conditioner 900 96

I am having trouble with the AC. Every time I press the gas pedel and increase my speed the air that was coming out of the vents on the dash is now coming out of the vent on the floor. As soon as it levels out the air then comes back out of the vents on dash. I have had vaccum test run and there is no vaccum leak that they can find. Also this started when I had to have the brake vaccum booster replaced. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
