They are for sunroof water drain (if you have a sunroof there will be a "T" piece) and to drain rain water from the back glass into the front trunk lid lip.

if you get a shower from the sunroof after a rainstorm/carwash you may want to clear then with a piece of wire and get the leaves and spiderwebs out.(It drain to the underside of the wheel well)
