Rough running, smell antifreeze? 740-760 1985

Only once in a while, normally after a hot re-start, B230F runs rough and fast and I (think) I smell antifreeze both in the cabin and at the tailpipe. Throt body is clean, "pcv" system cleaned, air filter, air motor, associated hoses, wiring seem ok. 128,000 miles. Other than bio-degradable underhood wiring and crappy headliner, car has been great. Tx.
