bad clutch 200 84

after doing a seires of dougnuts in my wagon i blew the throwout bearing. The mechanics wanted $800 for reaplacing a $50 part so I decided to do it myself and do it right by replacing the whole clutch. I was wondering if any one knows what type of clutch it is (Borg and Beck, or a Fitchel and Sachs) and what the torqe is for those bolts holding on the preassur plate. Thanks
