High Idle When Warm 200 90

hope you fellow brick lovers can help me. in the last week after driving for awhile the engine won't lower r's when stopped. it just idles really high without coming down. it won't do this upon a cold start when it will idle normally, just when hot. what's doing this and what can i check?
