1990 745 Wagon to Sell, What Price? 700 1990

I have a 1990 740 Turbo Wagon with 276,000 mi that I dearly love but have to sell. It has been maintained pretty well until this past year and now needs brakes, tires, heater fan motor, front bumper cover and 3 of the 4 turn signal lights and muffler replaced. I'm wondering about what price I should be trying to advertise it at?(I would be keeping the car,but am moving out of the country and can't justify keeping it.) Any help anyone can give me would be greatly appreciated.BTW,I live in Minnepolis.
