White Exaust Smoke 700 85

I bought my brothers old volvo which he hadnt driven for 2 months and started noticing that once its warm it will emit white smoke intermitently.

I usually notice it at idle but sometimes at normal driving speeds as well.

It smells like burning plastic or rubber but i cant figure out what the problem is.

the temp is fine. oil is fine. (although, when i check the oil level after driving i notice some smoke coming out of the dipstick holder)

any ideas?
