Rough Idle, HELP! Many things done, still bad 200 1989

Friends,

I have a 1989 240 DL. The engine shakes excessively at idle; once every couple of months it even stalls out when coming to an aggressive stop.

Things I've checked or done:

Totally cleaned throttle. Replaced flame trap and hose. New plugs and wires. Had compression check; compression is fine. Had TPS checked, only thing wrong is it doesn't give reading on a Fluke meter when the throttle is wide open. O2 Sensor is working properly. Checked with propane for vaccum leaks-none. Any other suggestions?
