Warmer air out center ducts, cooler air out outer ducts 700 1989

My 1989 780 air conditioning system is blowing warmer air out the center ducts than the air that comes out the outer ducts. The air coming out the outer ducts is considerably cooler than the air coming out the center ducts. Anybody know how to fix this problem?
