AC Relay does not Click 900 1993

Been having trouble with AC in my 93 945. Took the control unit out (MCC) and found a cracked solder joint at the relay on the underside of the board. Soldered it up with a 15 watt iron, looks good. Now when I plug it back in, the AC relay on the board doesn't click (i.e. operate) when I push the AC button. Relay clicked before the solder job. In both cases, no voltage to the AC compressor (checking at green/red wire that feeds AC. Am I looking at a new or used MCC? Any thoughts appreciated.
