Replace front window 200 1993

Anyone ever replace a front window? My passenger-side front window was smashed by a thief. I can save lots of $$$ by buying a window at the scrap dealer and installing it myself. Looks simple enough in the Hayes and Bentley manuals. Any tips? Is it difficult?

Do I need any special tools - e.g., what type of fasteners are used to hold the interior door pannels on - they aren't Phillips head screws, and don't look like Allen screws either.
