There's something about a Bilstein! 700 1985

This week I splurged and bought 2 rear bilstein shocks and put them on.

I've heard so much about them that maybe I expected too much. The ride seems stiffer, not what I expected. QUESTION: Do premium shocks mean that

other components such as springs,bushings etc. have to be upgraded also?
