Rear window heater relay location 200 1987

Attempting repair of the rear window heater on daughter's 240. The switch light not coming on and no voltage to the heater. Fuses 11 and 12 OK. Cannot hear the relay transfering. Now searching for the location of this relay? According to Bentleys it is supposed to be under the dash shelf RH side. There are other relays in this general such as the OD and AC but I can't locate this one.

Anyone know where it is?
