I think I blew my Turbo! HELP!!! 200 84

I just wanted to thank everyone who helped my when I posted the message about my turbo. I found the problem, it was my intercooler pipe, I replaced the whole pipe that went from the cooler to the intake. I was also wondering if anyone could tell me what the little nipple on the original pipe from the air filter is. That's for the help.
