Timing belt change...easy or cheesy? 200 1986

Morning all. I'm about to change the timing belt on Bjorn. He's an '86 245 with the B230A carbie engine. I've done plenty of these before, but never on a brick. It all looks fairly straightforward once the fan is out of the way. Is there anything I should beware of whilst doing this job? Are there any special tips or shortcuts? Is the bottom pulley likely to come off easily for me? All advice greatly appreciated. Regards, Rich.
