740 Window Motor Replacement 700 87

All,

I have a broken rear window motor on my 87 740 Turbo Wagon (actually the motor works, the stupid plastic mounting pads failed). I have sourced a new motor, my question is: How the hell do you get the damn thing out and back in? Also, is the regulator to part that attaches to the glass, mine in distorted also.

All help greatly appreciated.
