bumper cover removal 200 86

I recently discovered that on side of the rear bumper on my '86 245 is sagging/hanging, due to rust on the bumper. I would like to remove the cover, but am afraid of breaking the clips and not being able to replace it. Is it possible to remove the clips and reuse them, and if not, where can they be obtained? I know I can reattach the bumper, but I need to remove the cover to access it.
