Jeep Dana 27 same as 122s Dana27? 120-130 1965

OK I admit I'm getting desparate here! But I've researched that the Dana 27 differential showed up in late 60's Jeeps of all things. Is this the same Diff as in a 122s Volvo? If so, I've found a cheap source for a used (3.31 and 4:10 ratio) full gear and bearing set for a Jeep Dana 27 front diff. What would a 3.31 ratio be like in a 122s coupe with a M-40 tranny? I live in Florida, so I don't need to clinb hills.

Thanks -Chris
