Idle troubles IAC or ECU??

Does anybody have or know where to get a wiring diagram for the internals of a 2.2 jetronic ECU. Any help would be appreciated.

My engine wants to idle at 3000

I'm trying to see if the ECU is at fault or if the IAC is pooched

I have disconnected the linkage rod to set the idle and have verified that the TPS is talking the the ECU. If I pinch shut one of the IAC hoses the RPM drops to 450.

All wiring between batt, relay, connectors, IAC and ECU have checked out properly.

At the AIC connector the green wire reads 12 vlts, the yellow/red 0 vlts. the gray/red 11.75 vlts with engine running (AIC connected)
