help with carburator 120-130 72

removed dual carbs and had a stainless intake manifold made for a 2bbl

installed carter bbd, acks like its running too rich, stalls at 2000rpm under load. all vacuum ports are closed and i have a centrifical distributer. ignition timing and valve timing are perfect. all electrical ignition components are perfect. i think the cfm of the carter carb is too much for my little b20 WHAT DO YOU THINK!!
