An Annoying Pinging 200 93

On acceleration, especially up any hill, our 240 emits a fairly loud and persistent pinging. Here are the circumstances: Recent tune up - did not help. Has 63K on motor - we purchased it w/ 52K on it. We have used name brand gas. Have tried different and higher octanes, w/o much improvement. Can someone help w/ diagnosis and suggestions to remedy? THANK YOU!
