M46 Mount - B30 Engine Mount? 200 1981

I've heard something about this, but I'm not sure what the actual comparison was. I know you can upgrade from the M46 standard rear mount to something...but what was it? The old trans mount? Or a B30 engine mount? Sorry cause I'm sure it's been gone over before...
