Female Seatbelt Components 700 1992

Anyone out there ever had to replace the female seatbeelt components for one of the third seat units? That's a terrible description but the receptacle on one of the seatbelts will no longer lock the seatbelt in place, the male component just slides right out. Is that a Volvo-only item (I'd imagine so). Any ideas what the cost is?
