I'm having a problem with the check engine light. The code says it's a long-term fuel trim problem. I have been workign through eliminating possible causes. I have cleaned the fuel injection electrical connectors. I have checked all the vaccum lines. I have run several tanks of Amoco Ultimate through it. I have tried Techron additive. I have replaced the spark plugs, air filter, ignition switch. The mass air sensor has been changed. The O2 sensor has been changed. I have ordered a fuel filter and I am currently waiting for it to come in. If this does not solve my dilemma I am considering replacing the fuel pump relay, if that does not work I am considering relplacing the fuel pump. Does anyone know where the fuel pump relay is located and how to gain access to it? Also, does the 960 have an in-tank fuel pump? One last question... Can you reset the check engine light w/out electronic diagnostic tools (e.g. can I jumper across the pins to reset it?) If I can, which pins do I use?
Thanks in advance for any advice,
John Stinson
