I know, I know, "When is he gonna get a freakin manual?" Soon!

I was investigating some wires and found a 3 wire conector with red, green and yelow wires. There is nothing conected to it and I see nothing loose that would plug into it. The driving lamps are missing,(cheap car here only a couple weeks) were these wires just for the driving lights?
