Replacing the rear bushings. 120-130 67.5

I need to replace the rear bushings on my car. I have already replaced the front ones and that seemed pretty easy. I was able to follow the instructions on Vclassics, and I had the guy at my local volvo shop press the a arm bushings in.

I am wondering how the rear ones will go. Most of the bushings look like you could push them out with a vice and some sockets or something. But my car has the large cylinder type trailing arm bushing (not the hourglass).

I know that these "butterfly" bushings are hard to get in rubber and IPD has poly, but how hard are they to get in and out??

I am also curious as to how I can identify which type of torque rod bushings I have without taking them apart (the cylinder type or the hourglass shaped ones)?

Finally any tips and or tricks regarding disassembly/ reassembly would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

mario
