Is there any hope of quieting 240 blower motor 200 1987

Hey there

Bad news for us. Our blower motor is beginning to growl a little on high. I've seen where it is at the junk yard. I know someone who is an excellent tech who changed his own. He said by far it was really difficult. Is it possible to lubricate the motor or cage without removing the motor.
