B20 rebuild - cam retainer flange bolts 120-130 1967

Bought a D cam, new steel gears ($90!) and new bronze thrust washer, but it didn't come with new retaining bolts or any kind of locking tabs. The old screws had some sort of crushable blue plastic tabs on the bolts which I guess act like an internal Nyloc type bolt. Can i use these again.... or what?
