running too hot maybe? 200 83

recently replaced the water pump, timing belt, IPD 3 row radiator and cool thermostat. Car is still running hot, however the faster I drive it the cooler it runs

had ac but removed it and its radiator

replaced the voltage stabalizer on the back and it did not help, gas gauge is still not acurate either

ideas please?
