What's wrong with my Volvo? 700 1988

I just had the turbocharger replaced a month ago... car has been more/less fine since then until last week. Now the oil pressure light flickers on, especially in 1st from a dead stop, and when hard cornering. The exhaust manifold glows RED HOT after a rather normal drive, but car revs normally through all gears, and accelerates just fine. Also, I hear a hiss noise apparently coming from the exhaust side of the engine when the turbo kicks in... It seems to be leaking oil just under the turbo, as I see a wet spot there after driving, and I'm not using the AC. Lastly, it appears oil is spitting out from around the oil filler cap - it looks wet after a normal drive, and nearby hoses have spots on them which were not there before. Oil reads low every time - even after adding new oil.

Is it the turbo? The turbo is a remanufactured Mitsubishi TD05, and I'm using generic 10w-30 oil...

Can anyone tell me what on earth is going on? I'm planning to take the car in this weekend, and would like to know beforehand what I'm looking at here. Thanks to anyone who can help.

Evan
