Water pump replacement 700 89

I have an antifreeze leak from the front of my wife's 765 turbo. I have ordered a new pump from IPD. I would appreciate any tips on relacing this item as this is my first time to repace one on a Volvo. I have done them on various American makes. Does one use any type of sealant? What all has to come off to get to the little bugger? Thanks out there for the help.
