Transmission and DriveTrain 200 1992

I am getting invovled in amature rally racing. I am intersted in making my 1992 240 first and foremost a manual transmission add some cheap power and possible add an AWD system. Are these modifications possible. How much would they cost. And will vovlo do them. If not what companys might to this. I am located on East Coast USA. New Jersey
