Caliper and rotor quality ? 200 84

I am about to replace my rear calipers and rotors, in the past I have always gotten these parts from the dealer. This time I'am looking to save some money, called the local TRAK AUTO they quoted some pretty low prices, $31.99 per caliper (rebuilt ATE), brand name AUTOLINE and $18.90 per rotor. My question, whats the quality of these parts, are they worth buying? please give me your opinions and experience with aftermarket brake parts.
