Smoking while in turbo?!? 700 89

Can anyone tell me what causes black exhaust smoke when the turbo goes into boost? Also, at the same time, what causes the air conditioning vents to shut off in the dash? When it goes off boost the air conditioning returns to normal... At boost the car loses power...... HELP!
