63 Oldsmobile Jetfire (turbo)?

I seem to remember that Oldsmobile came out with a Jetfire-turbocharged V-8 in the 1963 model year. My memory of this car is of lots of insulated duct work under the hood and they didn't last very long. Right? Wrong?
