urgent head advice 700 85

I found out i have a small crack in my head between the valve seats. The machine shop told me that it shouldn't be a problem. I never had coolant in the oil. I found a 84 760 turbo and a 87 240 NA at a CHEAP salvage yard. Will a B23FT head work on a B230 or the B230 NA head work. I would inspect the head before I buy it of course. I need a cheap but reliable answer. The 760 only has 104,000 miles on it. And appears to have been junked after chasing a fuel problem (according to a reciept I found in the car). Thanks.
