help broke wheel lug, how to fix? 700 1989

when i got my car back from the shop, they tightened the bolt off thread so when i went to take the lugs off on the right front one lug got stuck and from trying to get it off i broke it off. how would i replace it? its a 1989 740 gle, 16-valve. should i take it back to the shop?
