Trim Clips 200 1989

Hello Again,

I pulled back the trim to do some touch up behind the front mudflap. I am not concerned about the 2" trim that requires tape (I got new tape for that. I am concerned about the trim below that which requires clips. That particular piece of trim keeps popping off. Can I re-use the existing clips by spreading them wider or do I need to buy new ones. If I need new ones, any tips on how to get the old ones out.
