Ok, I've recently done some modifications to my '91 780 Turbo that have probably put a great deal of strain on the engine. VX camshaft, 2500 RPM stall converter, and about 18 psi of boost, to name some of the bigger ones. I'm noticing a significant amount of oil spray around the filler cap area, on my plug wires, and spraying onto the turbocharger causing a nasty smell and a good deal of smoke. I'm planning to replace the whole PCV system, the hose back to the intake, the flame trap, the vaccum hose, etc. However, what if this doesn't do the trick? It wasn't spewing hardly any oil before, certainly not to this extent. I find it difficult to believe that things just suddenly clogged up. I remember reading something a while back about a mechanism behind a panel somewhere that needs periodic cleaning and preventative maintenance. Anybody have any suggestions? Thanks!
