Oil in bad places 700 91

After doing some routine PM work on my '91 740 T, I found oil deposits in the hose leading from the turbo to the intercooler. I assume that the turbo seals are shot. So after rebuilding the turbo will I also have to 1) clean out the intercooler, 2) clean out the throttle body, 3) clean/rebuild the injectors?
