Which Volvos have ZF automatic? 200 87

I am looking to add another 80's vintage 240 to my stable--this time one with an auto transmission. On this board, I have read several references to the problematic ZF automatics. Since it sounds like I should avoid them, can anyone tell me which years and/or models come with this version of Volvo automatic? Thanks!
