More electrical gremlins-speedo jumps when power door lock knob is pulled or pushed when car is on. 700 88

Well, last night while waiting for the car to cool down, i unlocked the door by pulling the knob and instantly the speedo jumped. Pushed it down, speedo jumped a little.

A few nights ago, put my parking lights on,speedo jumped while idling at a light.

Before that when the high beams were turned on the car shut off, problem fixed by redoing the grounds on the fender.

The interior light still makes the door open noise when the door is closed, it also blows fuses for the radio when conencted to a power supply (as of now it is disconnected). I recently installed a new door switch in the 745's drivers door.

Fuel gauge still moves around where ever it pleases and coolant gauge on dash still is not moving at all.

All of these were problems after the motor swap. Anyone have any clues or ideas? Anything i should check? thanks
